Do you have a system in your Subaru? If so, what you have? I'm thinking about getting two 12 inch Alpine Type S subs in a ported qLogic box and powering it with an Infinity 611a.

Sitting in my room I have 2 10" JL Audio Dub 0's with a no name amp. I have an aftermarket deck that came with the car, but I'm going to buy a new one sometime when I get around to it... I'm aiming for a CarPC though... Oh and I also want to make a few custom interior pieces too before anything goes in...

Right now I've got a newer Pioneer CD/mp3 HU, XM Roady XT on the Aux Input, Stock Tweeters, and Kenwood 6.5's in the front doors and rear deck. I have a bunch of subs and amps laying around...thinking about making a fiberglass box to take the place of the spare tire, then upgrading the rest of my speakers. I'd also like to do sound deadening throughout the car. I've got other bills to pay and a motor to fix right now though :-(

Meh, who needs audio. I've got a bottom of the line Sony head unit and 2 OEM speakers. Saves me money and weight

I've got a pretty sweet sound system. It consists of my right leg and a pedal. When I want to make it louder, I just push harder. The way god intended it to be
I am thoroughly happy with the stock system, I plug my MP3 player through the tape deck and there's enough bass there to feel the music and not get a headache. Maybe if the speakers go kaputt one day, I'll upgrade them but no need right now.

If you get the 2006 Model (SWR-1042D), it's 500 RMS, 1000 peak.. the MRP-M450 amp is 220 x 1 at 4ohms, 400 x 1 at 2ohms, which is what the sub is wired at.

If you get the 2005 model (SWR-1041D), it's 300 RMS

I'm thinking of getting some Infinity 6.5" door speakers off eBay and maybe get a steal because I heard from HFSDevil they are nice. Do you get a lot of benefits from yours? (Directed towards people who have them of course)

I had a set of infinitys that were junked before I even got to use them. But I've heard good reviews. IMO, the polks sound a lot better. Same price.
