Removing Fogs/More air to Engine ???

Hola,

I've got the fogs that came with my 97LGT and I never use them. I know they look cool, but if I were to remove them and do a tad of modding, would I be able to use that duct to force more air into my short RAM?

I'm toying w/ the idea now, I don't know if the snorkusectomy will get enough air in there already.....

What do you guys think? Have you read about this anywhere?

The mod I had in mind involved a wide tubing the took air from that duct the fog light was in and directed it into the hole the short RAM sucks air out of. You know what I mean...anyway.

Sound worth it?

I did this on my talon and holy craps! On the highway it would just take off.. but i had one of these air filters..

and used some drier ducting to route it to the front.. :cool:

I didn't notice a difference. But I didn't put any piping in there, just the snorkusectomy.
