the 4eat does weird things in cold weather correct? what happened is i was driving down to a friends and for some reason im not sure why but i locked the tranny into third (anyone with an auto knows what i am talking about) and if i let off the gas the rpms drop down to idle speed immediatly and the car lurches and makes a droning sound. i am not sure what that is all about but it could be low on fluid ill check it tomorrow. or possibly a differential is going bad?? it only does this in third and only until it has slowed down enough to second gear almost like it wont shift down. it does not do this in drive at all, only when locked in third.
