Does anyone know if I can use a 96 GT ECU in my 97 GT? I can get one cheap, I will send that out to get tuned so my car doesn't sit too long.

I was told I could use a 97GT ECU in my 96GT, so it would seem likely to go the other way. Ended up not having to do it, so can't be sure.

This could be good news then. I won the ECU for $1, hopefully it can be done.

hmmm, I thought the CR in the 96 was different...but I'm sure it'll work. How well is my question.
