transmission dipstick

So, my transmission dipstick was stuck. I pulled on the handle, and it broke. I had to remove the starter motor, pull the dipstick tube, drill out the old handle.... ugh!

Anyway, does anyone know if I can use a dipstick from something besides an EJ25? There aren't any 2.5s in the local scrapyards, and a new one from the dealer is ~$45...

I'll post a picture of the mangled one, might be good for a laugh.

Since the transmissions are all the same, I would say that any would work from any EJ 4EAT.
