It feels great! Absolutely satisfying! Now I'm going to dissasemble the Intake assembly and clean it out too! Anyone else get that feeling? :)

What does cleaning out the intake do? Just curious.

Having a nice clean car is such an awesome feeling...

Just considering removing some of the dust and stuff from the intake...and cleaning off the outsides too...I'm going for all around clean. Nothing for performance  as far as I know.
I ruled against taking it apart though....I just took the filter out and took the compressor to it to clean the dust off it. Nothing more extensive.

When the sun returns I may get that feeling. Damn tropical storm really put a damper on the weekend outdoor plans.

It's not the heat..it's the humidity.

It's not so much the heat, as it is the sun that puts hella lots of heat into everything, like the ground.

Heheh... yeah. I work as a driving coach. Summer sun + black tarmac + exhaust fumes from 7 cars... It can get a bit hot. I stopped doing my own oil change when I realized you could pay someone for the same price the filter and oil would cost you to buy it, and then I don't have to worry about recycling the oil.

Yeah, but subarus are sooooo easy to change the oil. Just look for some sales on Mobil 1 or syntech, get it cheaper and do it yourself and you'll have the satisfaction and security of it being done right.
