I believe my BD's GT sway bar is 15mm stock so upgrading to the outback one won't do anything. I'm looking at the whiteline adjustable sway bar.. 18-20-22mm, but are there any other brands that offer an adjustable?
white line also makes steering rack bushings but it says 30mm or 25mm, how would I know which one i have??
It's a 99!

What do you mean it won't do anything?
18mm is substantially stiffer than 15mm. But if you're looking to go super stiff, the whiteline 18-20-22 is a nice bar to have.
Just make sure you know how to handle the oversteer, and get some nice tires to grip with all that added stiffness.

oh.. I thought the OB one was only 16mm.. oopsies.. hmm.. In that case, I might just stick with the OB one and when I learn how to handle the extra stiffness, I'll purchase the whiteline one later!!
Would i be looking for the outback in the same year as mine?? or which sway bars would fit?

Any '96-99 outback will work for you.
