Pennzoil Synchromesh gets the thumbs up from me... how many qts, not sure for the MT's. Check your owners manual?

Manuals are, I believe, 3.something quarts. Basically, add 3, check the level, add a bit more, check again, until you hit the full mark.

Or just check your owners guide for an exact number  It tells you a lot of useful specs in the back

I don't know about xturfoz but many of us don't have an owners manual, it is rarer as these cars get older and start getting into 3rd and 4th owners.
I put in about 3.5 quarts, I suggest put 3.2 in and check it. Gear oil is so thick it may not come out as quickly as you expect in these colder months.
Syncromesh may not be the best fluid if you want your transmission to last a long time, I would mix it with something a little more traditional like a 75-90 or so.

from what i remember, i used everything from the picture below. i have ONE castrol 1/3 left (as i put that last). best advice is be patient in pouring B/C the fluid is THICK AS HELL! this was a experiment with uncle scotty mix. works great.
