So last night leaving work I open my back door to set something in the back seat and I noticed I had a swimming pool on my floor board on the driver side. Both the front and back floor board had water but the back was way worse. So where should I start checking to see where all this water might be coming from?
I will check everywhere under the dash as my windshield was relaced not too long ago to see if I can find a leak and make sure the tracks for the windshild are cleaned out.
Where do the tracks for the water for the sunroof run?
Anywhere or anything else I should look at?

I had a similar problem with mine a few months back, my sunroof wasnt closing properly and had to be cleaned with some of those super duty pipe cleaners, it's amazing the stuff that comes out of those things man.
as for where it was, i just ran along the tracks and it seemed to have cleared it up.
Hope it's helpful, probably not.

kinda hard to explain but if you open your sunroof all the way and peek in from the top.. look into the front left corner u might need to shine a light to see it but there should be a little hole there where all the water is supposed to go and there's a hose attached to that and drains down by the wheelwell.
if it is clogged you can try blowing compressed air in the drain hole to clean it out.

Are there drain holes in the back area of the sunroof?

I have this same problem but not as extreme as puddles, I noticed a couple months back when I was running speaker wire under my carpet. Couldnt for the life of me see where it was coming from.

yeah about that drain hole i was talking about in my previous post, there should be one at each corner of the sunroof track. not sure if it's possible to get at the rear drain holes from up top though, my only experience was with the front left one which got clogged and water got in driver seat area.

I dont understand how it gets under the carpet though...where does it leak out of when its clogged. I took all my seats and center console out and even took the entire molded carpet out of my car, its a good learning experience let me tell you...
on a side note, i found a place where i can order new molded oem replacement carpet for my BD for like $120USD...Black, grey or tan :)

on mine when it got clogged the water was collecting inside the A-pillar trim cover piece and dripping into the car. yours maybe was a different leak not from clogged sunroof drain.. not sure though

I have no water around the headliner and the drian holes in the front of the sunroof are clear.
I am pretty sure the water came from the rocker pannel cuz I heard lots of water splashign around but not anymore. its kinda wierd because none of the sides of the carpet were wet just the very lowest parts were soaked

No, there's no hose for the drain, just little channels in the A pillar.
