Ever since I did an engine shampoo with this Citrus scent cleaner, my car stinks everytime I put the heat on. It's not a bad smell, but its annoying. it smells like.. old people.. but if I don't use heat, it smells ok!
I've tried febreeze and it works for a day or two.. how else can i get rid of this smell!

Antibacterial cleaner in the vents, put heat on and recirc mode, fans full on.

keep using the heat, it'll go away...
especially if you draw air in from the outside.

Spray the lysol from the outside of the car at the bottom of the windshield (where the air intake is). Set it up like Huffer said but cycle though all the HVAC settings. I bit of febreeze on the carpets couldnt hurt either

BG makes stuff called Fridgi-Fresh, it's really good stuff, and just like everything else you spray it into the air intake vents when blasting the fans. it's a anti-microbial like lysol, but ment for cars.
