Ok all! I need foglight suggestions... I can't afford the nice JDM ones yet so I'm looking at Hella's... I want something that will shine bright and can be removed (the light itself... not the wiring). I have a 99 L and it has the GT front bumper. So all... suggestions?

That One Legacy on nasioc has Hella 550s in his GT bumper, but I don't think it looks all that great.
You can mount 500s on your bumper with a little reinforcement.
If you want to supplement your lows, get foglights, your highs, get driving lights.

get fogs. Driving lights are illegal to run with traffic around and dangerous for any oncoming drivers. Foglights aren't as bright and can generally be used around traffic (in case someone comes round one of the mountain corners.
Rallylights.com has a good selection of lights, but unless you go OEM nothing is going to perfectly fill your cut outs.
Someone on this site has small circular projector fog lights and he cut small circles out of his fog light covers and it looks really good in my opinion.

I have a set of USDM fogs that I've polished out that I'll let go. I obviously don't need them anymore. I'm not sure if the bulbs are good in them or not, as I never got a chance to install them before trading off my L.
If you're looking for aftermarket though, check out Rallylights.com as PWT suggested.

a bit of the beam pattern. Really, any lighting is better than stock. They gave off a nice yellow which I miss

For being cheapie foglights they worked very nicely. Easy to aim too since all I had to do was bend the metal brakets
