I picked up my Legacy GT in Sept. So far I've added a CD player and speakers, and new headlight bulbs (nothing special). I am interested in painting my rims, and have a few ideas, let me know your input. I also added tints, which I will get shortly.

What about black with a very very small red lip all the way around. Like 1/4" wide. I honestly don't like any of the silver lip'd options. And so far my vote would be gold. A really bright gold.

I cannot say I dig many of those options. The gunmetal just looks dirty. The silver lips look rice-y. The gold...just doesnt work, at least not with that shade.

My vote would be either a gloss or a matte black. Perhaps just the outer face? Try shopping those for a try.

the silver lips look rice IMO...unless it's at least a 3" dish. Just my opinion. You should go with what you like.

Personally, I'd go for gunmetal or bronze. Black on Bronze is wow.

The second one reminds me of steelies and the last one reminds me of those tires you buy with the white line in the middle... :roll:


I vote Gold with or without the polished lip.

I never understood everyones obsession with gold wheels. To me they look welfare. :roll:
