I just found THE greatest deal ever. i just got a set of 18" konig flatlines w/ a fresh black powdercoat & a set of tires (2 need to be replaced though) for my bd5. (im still workin on posting pics, but i'll get to it one of these days)

for those of you unfamiliar with Craigslist, i would definitely check it out - . It's basically online classifieds. just click on your city/state to the right, and then in the for sale section in the center click on auto parts. most of the people are really easy to work w/, but beware of scammers. i would recommend NOT dealing w/ shipping(unless theyre close enough for you to take a lil drive to go kick their ass if they beat u).

since im kinda tight on money, & christmas is coming up so i really shouldnt be spending on myself, the guy was cool enough to barter w/ me for an extra xbox i had w/ some games and an extra pair of subs i had. Granted, stuff like this wont always happen, but i come across good deals like this ALL THE TIME. you just have to check back almost daily. :grin:

also, if anybody needs any bodywork/paint/mechanic work done, check out the barter section in the forsale section too. theres guys that offer work for cheap, cant promise they'll do a perfect job though, but u never know.

If you're going to replace tires, do all 4 at once. Different diameters = bad for the AWD system.

Yeah I just emailed a guy. He has 4 16" subaru wheels (OEM) for $100. However, they are the big 5 spokes from the BE/BH outback limiteds. But I bought my WRX catback there for $50, I bought my legacy there, sold my truck there, sold a weight and half a garage worth of stuff on there. Its awesome!

What color is your car? I remember people talking about that bumper, it'd be cool, so long as the chrome bar were de-chromed... Maybe some huge hella's in there. But why would you need 6 fog/driving lights then...?

That bar would be easy enough to paint, I think it would look sick. You should also paint the pseudo-bolts on the rims of the wheels, I think it looks cheesy unless you have real three piece wheels. Hell, I do, and I still don't like it. I do like those konigs though, PICS!
