The first few pic's are only days after i had bought the car,the last pic in the mud,are the last pics before my car got really dirty. I got into a lot more mud later and it acctually got so bad that i could really drive, what had happend was that the space beetwen the wheels and the wheel house got full of wet mud and there wasnt really room to move.It got into the suspension and in the front it got so bad that i dislocated the front bumper and broke it a bit.I got it all fixed and cleaned(30 minutes in a car wash just for washing the wheels). Its all ok now.Im waiting for my Camera to get back to me and i will take some more shots in all that snow that had fallen here in the past few days.

Nice! That looks like it'd be a fun road. I imagine with all that loaded mud it was an interesting experience trying to stop. Thats alot more rotational momentum there.

So what are your plans for it?

give it a bit more height and bigger tires, make it a little more all purpose vehicle. but that depends on whether or not i'm staying in this city or moving to another. if i stay here its a go,if not i'm going to look for another subaru where ever i will be and then see what i can do with it.

I don't see how giving it more height and bigger tires will make it more all purpose...

It's already pretty capable, another suspension lift would probably really take away from handling and braking.

Bigger tires and lifts help get over bigger obstacles. Also bigger tires allow you to air down more and get more flex from the tires when off roading.

Well, I see how they'll help with off roading, but it's already capable enough for light off roading, and he said all purpose. A true off roader makes a terrible road car. I think the stock outback is already a good compromise suspension and tire wise.

Sounds like you will kill gas mileage too. I agree with Mark, it's pretty much all purpose already and you are moving to more of a "off roader".

some people find the outback perfectly fine as it is,i always thought it can be a little better with a few modifications.don't worry i am not planning on making it a red-neck's off-road truck...

UPDATE:
it was a nice sunny day today so i went outside the city and took some pic's .also changed my oil yesterday, took the fog lamp cover off, washed it and hit 200,000 km!
