I just got off the phone with Phillip and since sometimes I can be a real idiot on the phone when I don't know what I'm taking about, he was very patient and helpful and answered all of my questions, so they get a free plug from me.

I guess they are ok except they are very spendy on everything and didn't seem all that eager to find parts if you asked them to. Atleast that was my experience with them.
