i wanted to see what diff fluid to use and what trans fluid to use i wanted to change do this today but no clue what fluids to use. also what other fluids should i change??

recent maintenance done
headgaskets w other gaskets changed
coolant
fuel filter
plugs and wires
air filter

so what other things should i do car has 160,000 miles on it

A few months ago I wen't with a mix of:
1 Qt Pennzoil Synchromesh
1 Qt Redline Light Weight Shockproof
1.7 Qts Valvoline 80w90 Durablend Semi Synthetic
... and love it! We have had a few morning in the low 20s and even then it shifts superbly.

shouldnt this be in engine/drivetrain?
