Okay, so it pains me to say that due to budget constraints, I won't be able to buy coilovers. I will however be picking a strut/spring combo. Right now I'm considering two primary options:

1. KYB GR2 struts for Legacy with Whiteline control springs for Legacy.

2. JDM Legacy GT-B Bilstein struts with stock JDM Legacy GT-B springs (Or possible lowering springs). (Probably be able to source it through JDMPlace.com)

3. I'm also toying with BH/BE STi springs matched to either KYBs, Bilsteins, or BH/BE STi struts.

Questions: Which set up do you guys recommend? Also, should I buy new strut mounts along with the new struts? Any other options?

not too sure which is the best but i would like to know what other ppl think as I am thinking of a new spring/strut combo sooner than later. I would buy and install new mounts while your at it. Speaking from experience it sucks changing struts and not the mounts and then finding out you have to change the mounts, better to do it all at once unless money is a problem.

off topic but im wondering how the H6 sounds compared to the H4 and how fast it would be compared to the turboed 4.

Well, I've got a magnaflow on my H6, so it sounds a bit different. I'll have a video up in a couple hours. I'll post a link.

My H6 makes similar power to a turbo 4, but what kills me is I weigh about 600 lbs. more. I'm working on that.

You really should search over on the Nabisco Leg forum. This has been covered a ton of times.
