HVAC relocation

I may have asked this before, and I could have sworn I seen it done. I want to move the HVAC controls to one of the radio DINs and move the radio where the HVAC belongs. I want to get another TV radion but I would like a flip out up top, if not I will get the one that fits the whole double DIN S.O.S. people!

I believe you have to lengthen the wiring harness a tad, and the metal cable that hooks up the airflow vent control has to be adjusted (maybe lengthened).

He said it was already done. I dont think it would be too hard to move it. I might just wait for the warmer weather come back.
