I rather like the center piece. I suppose you could paint it (except the reverse lights) but IMO it doesnt look that good. Theres a few cars here that have done it.

But the state cops here are asses and i'm sure they'd find a way to ticket me.

That center garnish serves no real purpose. I don't see how they could ticket you. They probably wouldn't even know it was done, I can imagine there are that many legacy sedans rolling around your area.

I think the center garnish sets out cars apart.

The lack of one is the only real cosmetic complaint I have on the new Legacy.
