BE Tweeters...

I've asked this before with my BD, but I'm wondering if it applies to the BE as well.

I'm looking to ditch the factory woofer/tweeter and replacce both with an Alpine Type-S setup.

Will the Alpine tweeter fit within the factory tweeter housing?

or...

Did the non-GT BE/BH's come without the tweeter (aka a blank plate) to where I could surface mount the whoel Alpine Tweeter?

a pic of the blanks? No, but I can take a few if you want. Not sure on the dimentions. I'll figure it out for you...
