BE/BH Steering rack bushings?

So I was reading Mark's DIY on steering rack bushings and I realized I wanted to do this mod. Apparently Whiteline makes steering rack bushings for 00-04 Legacy/Outback (are they the same as the 95-99 units?). Assuming they fit, is the installation process basically the same as written in Mark's DIY? Any guidance here is appreciated.

yes. I have them on mine and think they're one of the best bang for the buck mods I've put on the lego.
