i have 1993 legacy sport sedan ej22t when i step on the gas normal it goes fine but if i put it to the floor itdies out then comes back into it. one of my friends said it might be fuel cut what is it and how do i fix it

could be fuel filter, fuel pump, possibly very dirt air filter.. name your issue.. I would guess that its delivery related.

fuel cut is when you tap redline and it decides to shut the engine off until your RPMs go down to a reasonable level. If you're flooring it and it's not at redline, it should not be cutting fuel.
Sounds more like what Matt suggested.
Another thing...if you're flooring it from a stop, it's likely to bog for a number of reasons. Maybe you should look into upgraded engine & tranny mounts.

Mine car does it too when I floor it from a stop. It will actually die if you leave your foot on long enough. Its really annoying when you are trying to do donuts in the snow because its almost as if its flooding the engine

Could be spark plugs, too. Every car I've ever driven with bad spark plugs liked to bog down at WOT. :(
