Why do the rears look like they would not fit? Seems like most of the subaru cars use this rear design for the suspension.. im not really too sure tho! anyone? anyone? hahha.

I'm sure I've posted this before, but here goes.

For the rear, a WRX bar will work. I'm running the one shown in the ad linked in the first post. A 96-01 Impreza bar won't fit, the bolt pattern is smaller.

For the front, you need a bar for a 96-01 Impreza, the WRX bolt pattern is different (same diameter but different angle). You may be able to re-drill the holes in the brackets, but I can't say for certain that the spacing between the strut towers is the same.

Most of the strut bars on ebay have very thin metal on the part that bolts to the strut towers, and the brackets WILL bend. I have one for a GC (96-01) Impreza in the garage that looks like the same bar in the second linked auction, but I haven't installed it because of the crappy brackets.

those three peice ones dont do anything. they just flex at the jonits right along with the car. all they do is look good, but for forty bucks a little bit of engine bay bling couldent kill you :grin:
