Hey all, I just recently installed new full coilover kit and noticed that my bushings are not in the best shape and they cant handle the stiffnes of new coilovers. so my question is there a master bushing set for lgt, like FSB and RSB bushings, end link inserts, trail arm bushings , e.t.c. thanks or if anyone knows where to buy them piece by piece, that would be nice as well.

energy makes a kit, and there are the hard rubber sti bits.
urethane is ng for any bushing that has to rotate- urethane doesn't twist.

Most urethane bushings that go in locations that need to pivot have a metal sleve inside to allow for some slip. As long as they're not so tightened that you'lll cause the poly to bind, they'll be fine and definitely better than stock rubber suftness.
I've made many a poly bushing out of skateboard wheels, a drill press, a cheap angle grinder and a dial caliper. For strange shaped bushings you can use boat rollers and an electric knife.
There is also 100% Polyurethane construction adhesive that may be injected into holes in engine mounts, suspension bushes, etc. Once fully dried (24hrs for a .5" thick bead) it's about as hard as true poly bushings.
Of course, the fast and easy way is to just buy them...
