i have a bad vibration when i take right curves going about 55-60. i had a friend of mine that has done some mechanic work look at it and he said that there is some play when you take the wheel and move it foward and back (as in you are turning) and he says there is play where the outer tierod end goes into the rubber boot. Would this be an inner tie rod end? just needing some opinions on what you all might think it is.

Yes, if you jack the car up you can tell pretty easily by doing the test you described.
Any play will either be in the outer tie rod end, in which case the threaded rod part won't move, or in the inner tie rod end, in which case it will.
I haven't had to do one on a subaru yet, but I can't imagine they're that different from toyotas, you just pop the boot off and turn the wheel to expose the inner tie rod end. unscrew the old one and screw on the new, then get yourself a fresh alignment.

was curious cause the inner is around 80 bucks from advance auto parts and if thats the right part number the inner from subaruparts.com is only around 30 bucks.

The driverside inner has a small amt of play on my BD as well. My cost at the Suby dealer is $45. Get OEM its always better.
If you plan on doing the install yourself mark the tie rod so your alignment isnt way out. Either way you will need an alignment. HTH

I work at a dealer so my cost will be a few dollars cheaper. Nothing to write home about but I guess eventually it may add up.
