Rear Bumper Cover?

Anyone know how to get the rear bumper cover off of a 95 Legacy Wagon? I am doing some bodywork because I got hit under my right rear tailliight and need to get the cover off to straighten out and repaint part of the fender - thanks - dan

Couple of bolts underneath the cover attach it to the bumper frame, and probably a few clips.
