Im putting a set of H&R BH Springs on my BE this weekend.

a. About how long should I wait to do an alignment? From my house (where Ill be putting hte springs on) to my apartment (where I have to be by Sunday Night) is 105 miles. Can I drive that far with the bad alignment?

b. Daily Driven Car. How much Camber, Caster, and Toe should I ask for? I drive aggressively, take twistys, etc etc.

You can probably drive that distance and it wont do anything.. might just feel a little weird.. but maybe not even. About the other questions.. im not sure, im sure one of the other guys will know.

Drove mine for about a week daily before getting an alignment. Not a big deal.

Depends entirely on how well you manage to reinstall everything to near the alignment prior to lowering.

Your car will automatically have more negative camber, due to the lower center of gravity. The big issue will be making sure the toe is zeroed, because if the wheels are pointing in different directions, you will destroy whatever siping and tread you have (again, depending on severity).

I have no idea if camber is adjustable on the rear in a BE, but just make sure you notch your alignment settings, and attempt to reinstall matching the marks up (on the camber and toe settings). Caster isn't adjustable, without adjustable tophats - I think.

The springs will settle after a week or so, so you probably want to avoid doing an alignment until then, unless you have a Firestone "Lifetime Alignment" package, or similar.
