Anyone have these on their BD?
If so... How do they ride on dry road and snow?

The BD is heavier than the GC/GF series cars, so you might find those a little underdamped...

GD/GG coilovers will bolt right up, and they're a closer match for the BD weight-wise.

i dont know which cars those codes stand for...

and would i need the "GD/GG" or even STI top hats if i use those coilovers?

GD is 02+ Sedan, GG is 02+ Wagon I believe.

Yea, use the 02+ wrx coils. If you have a wagon, use wagon coils, and same with the sedan. BDs and GDs weights are close enough. Megan racing coilovers are good for the price.... but you do get what you pay for. I'd save and get a nicer set down the road.

so what would you say... K-Sport Kontrol Pro or Tein Basics?

of the two, Kontrol Pro.... The basics are a really simple coilover setup. However, if you're going to use wrx stuff, you might want to go to something like a Tein Super Street or Flex set of coils.
