Looking to change my ATF, I've done some research, and it takes home much for the 95? I can't get an official number.

I'd also like to drain the differential oil and change that as well, but what is recommended, or what have any of you guys use...and where the hell is the dipstick to check the level, I haven't looked hard, but I've looked. Is it anywhere near the ATF dipstick?

Are you looking for the ATF dipstick? It's right above the tranny.

And the dipstick for the front diff is on the other side of the engine bay. Down low, kinda hard to see/get to.

It's 4 quarts for a drain / fill, or 8 quarts for a full flush.

Thanks, yeah I was looking for the diff. dipstick, I'll check into that tomorrow. It was warm out today (30-ish), so figured I'd just do a routine check of all the fluids. Everything checked out okay except I was approx a quart oil short and after I drove the car, and cycled through all the gears, the ATF fluid wasn't even showing ON the dipstick. This probably explains the shuddering during idle, and the kinda jerky shifting when cold. This is the only auto vehicle I've ever owned so I never think to check the ATF fluid, so who knows how long its been this low. Hope this hasn't done any longterm damage.

What goes in the front diff.? Gear oil? It smells like gear oil.

I thought the front uses the ATF?

Okay, apparently it is ATF as well, which I suspected until I checked it. Simply because its a nasty dark grey/black color and has quite a foul smell. I'm guessing never been changed, or if it has been it has been years.
I'm just going on this kick of changing all the fluids lately. I guess thats not a bad thing.

The front is gear oil, that is why it is seperate from the rest of the transmission.
