Hello I'm Tatjana from Slovenia. Great forum. I'm glad I've found it.
I own a 1993 Legacy GL 2.0 Sedan FWD (Red) for seven years, but I wanted AWD so much (AWD Sedans are difficult to find in Slovenia) so I recently bought a 1995 Legacy GL 2.0 Sedan AWD (Blue), which is not in great shape though, but I hope I will repair it someday.

P.S. Sorry for my english

Thank you all for your wellcome.

Ok now you can see my Red in my avatar, pictures of Blue will follow after his plastic surgery

About Subaru community in Slovenia, you must know that Slovenia is a small country and new Subarus are quite expensive. Last year were sold about 100 of Subarus, 52 of them Foresters.

But there are still a bunch of entusiast, mostly of them own first generation Subarus Legacy Wagon (ok some of us own Sedans) and we have also a forum.

In Europe near Italy, until 1991 was a part of Yugoslavia, in 2004 became a member of EU

It's a beauty

There is a background to Sash's avatar

The guys on our Subaru forum were making jokes of us few owners of FWD Subarus that our jewels are only half Subarus

So Sash just for fun asked my friend Luka to design this avatar for him.

There's nothing wrong with a FWD Legacy.

We are the few that wanted rare Legacy's.

I can't hide the FWD pain anymore.

AWD>FWD, year round. Even the marginal difference in mileage isn't worth the crappiness of FWD.

I think you need to drive some better FWD vehicles. Too bad there arent many.. im still stuck on how nice crx's were.

For a while I'll be back on FWD, because last tuesday a guy crashed into my Blue. The rear bumper and trunk are smashed :-?

BTW I think that Subaru FWD performs better in snow then any other FWD car.

I have to agree, I am not sure why but I seem to have considerably less problems than other people.
