According to colormatters.com, the colour you choose for your car gives some insight into your personality. Apparently, if you choose:
White: You could be status-seeking and an extrovert.
Black: You're somewhat more likely to be aggressive, an outsider or a rebel.
Silver: You're probably cool, calm and slightly aloof, - probably ambitious too.
Green: It could be an indication of hysterical tendencies.
Blue: It's likely that you're reflective, introspective and cautious.
Gray: You're dedicated to work, and generally a calm and sober individual.
Yellow: You probably like novelty and are idealistic.
Red: You move and talk quickly and you're full of zest, energy and drive.
Pink: You're probably a kind, loving, gentle and affectionate person.
Cream: It could indicate a self-contained and controlled individual.

I guess that does not apply to WRB  . I have only purchased 3 new cars, and therefore chose three colors - two of them were WRB. The description actually does sort of describe me, but not when I was driving those WRB cars  .

white, black and blue work for me...

the ZR2 was white, and yeah, it was an attention getter alright. covered in mud, loud music, flowmaster exhaust...

black... what i want to paint my hotrod w/e... either the first gen s10 or a GC impreza.

blue: i'd be content with another Sky Blue ZR2, or a blue ridge pearl or WRB GC. it's my fav color.

i won't count silver, i don't like this car very much and it therefore doesn't count.

I love blue, but I don't necessarily agree with the statement about it.

White: You don't care if you're car never looks clean, or your a baller.
Black: You have the ultimate taste in colors
Silver: Your too lazy to wash the car often
Green: Treehugger
Blue: It was on sale and in stock
Gray: Waaahhh?? Unless its pewter or flat, what were you thinking
Yellow: Lambo - no. Ferrari - no. Porsche - no. Don't buy a yellow car you idiot unless its one of those three
Red: You're looking to resell it at somepoint.
Pink: You won it in a radio contest, or have made alternate lifestyle choices.
Cream: Your retired, or want your car featured in the next Ludacris video.

There you have it. For those who have made the right choice, black, I salute you.

How about:

it was a used vehicle for the right price and you didn't care about color. Or, what about the fact that WRX's were only available in like 3 or 4 colors for a while there. I think colors can indicate things in certain areas, but unless you are seeking out a certain color car and that's a selling point, this is moot.

But weren't the WRX's available in black? I thought they were. So all is solved. If it doesn't come in black, it generally shouldn't be bought.

Not quite... I've never seen black toilet paper for sale, and that's definately worth buying. And don't give me the leaf argument, because those aren't black either.

Red isn't my choice of color. But the car was red and got it anyways.
