Easy question - Engine Mount Compatability

hello everyone, im hoping somebody has the answer to this, i have a 91 subaru legacy turbo sport sedan, im in the process of replacing my drive plate, which broke, but i realized during my repairs that my driver side engine mount is broken all the way around...

my question is, what engine mounts are compatable with this?

from what i understand all the 89-91 legacies had circular shaped engine mounts (the rubber parts) and everything after that for the 2.2 legacies(92-94) have square shaped engine mounts, are these interchangable?

my mechanic said that the old turbo legacies like mine had oil filled round engine mounts. although he did say that the NA legacy mounts would be fine, i was able to obtain some square engine mounts out of a 93 legacy, will these fit?

so yes, im pritty sure i just asked the same question three times and im sorry, if anybody has more legacy knowlage than me, please help..

just closing up the loose end, unfortunately nobody responded to this, but the issue has been resolved,

i finally broke down and just went to a junk yard to see what i could find, i ripped out two engine mounts from a 93 legacy, they happened to be square, and they fit on my old legacy just fine,

my mechanic said that they should work fine as long as they have the same bolt pattern and placement, which they did, also he mentioned to me that the newer square ones are much stiffer engine mounts, the round oil filled ones like what i had before, had more 'squish' than even the NA, i guess because of the turbo,

im excited to see how my turbo subie feels when shes back on the road,

sorry i didnt see this, yes they work. The up market na legacies have the oil filled ones too. It's a popular upgrade to fill them with urethane. Old cheap na's have round hard rubber ones.

Even my 03 L has the round oil filled ones. I have some Group N engine mounts that are sitting in my trunk as we speak..hmm....
