will a wrx axleback exhaust bolt up to a 99 legacy gt?

subject says it all, friend has a wrx axleback and is willing to give it to me, just want to know if it will bolt up or if there's some serious modification necessary

You will need

8" extension on the midpipe to reach the cat-section
all 3 axleback hangers need to be moved
if wagon, you'll need to extend the tips of the muffler back

However, having said that, if you can get it for free, chop the muffler off and get a different one, and then the mod will be worth it. Here's some results for you:
