Hood Vents.... Yay or Nay?

I have a hood from a 98 Impreza outback sport (with the bigger scoop and vents) Like a RS. I am thinking about molding them into my SS hood. What do you guys think?

I think it would be cool to do just one set of vents on the side of your air intake.
