radiator fan problem

hey guys im new here but i do have a problem. It is the radiator fans. They stopped working for no reason.I checked the fuses and they were good and i checked the relays they seemed good. I did check and see if i was getting power to the relays and im not getting power to the main fan relay but i'am getting power to all of the other relays. I have them hotwired to a switch in the car right now but i would like it if they worked like normal. Oh i have a 95 Legacy L Wagon with a 2.2 N/A, 4eat, and awd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sorry about that apparently my brain was faster than my fingers. What i meant to say was that i was not getting any power in the fuse box under the hood(but just for the main fan). Iam still getting power to everything else in that fuse block. I checked that with the relays removed. Sorry for the mix up.
