BD and BG door panels swap?

Are wagon door panels the same as sedan door panels... ie can panels swap between a BD and BG? (I think BG is the corresponding wagon to the BD).

Same thing, but the BG has the grills for speakers, the BD has them in the rear deck. Gator GT had BG rear door panels.
