What does it do?

What parts does it consist of?

TGV's stand for Tumble Generator Valves

These are pretty useless butterfly valves that lower emissions only on cold starts for like 20 seconds and restrict your intake the rest of the time you drive your car.

its a butterfly valve kinda like a throttle body.
