hi all, i have a 95 legacy and when the key is left to "on" while the car isnt running the radiator fans click on and off and will keep doing it until i turn the key to off or acc. the car drives fine and doesnt over heat. Is there a relay that could cause this or something else?

thats normal, providing the car WAS runing prior to this, even if it wasnt, its not really a problem.

the car never did this before, i would like to fix it as sometimes i sit in my car with the key to on so i can have the fan? windows work and the clicking is pretty loud and dims my lights too at night

hmm i know it never did it before, i hit a dip fast which caused the airbags to go off and its done it ever since, even if i go out at 6 in the morning and i havent drivin it yet

If you hit a "dip" hard enough to set off your airbags, I would be happy that the car is still driveable and not worry about my fans running when they should be.

I'm not even sure my fans are working, any way to test that? The car doesn't overheat, but I've yet to see them or hear them click on lately.
Towhooks must never have been removed from the front, if they come into contact with the ground while moving, it causes the airbags to go off. Was a recall....probably 9+ years ago.

Yeah, it doesn't necessarily have to be an accident, a scrape can set them off - recall on all 95s.
I still haven't had mine removed, and have scraped them many times, not really worried about it.
