This doesn't mean that I know everything - I'm just there to keep discussions on track and tidy, not to answer all your complicated questions. :wink:

I disagree with Reason a lot.

I was also a moderator for two years on a board in NZ... I think my accent helped as well. Girls like it. :P

If you all must know how and why I pick who I pick it's simple. Character and knowledgeable, doesn't need to know everything but needs to know what they are talking about. A few of our mods have past experience moderating on other forums. Also these people been here for awhile and know how the board is ran.
