View Full Version : 08 Outback arrived today

My thoughts: Don't like the Outback front end. It's not hideous (a la 06-07 Impreza or Tribeca), but I just prefer the 05-07 front end. It was perfect the way it was.

There was an 08 Legacy GT on the truck too that I got a glimpse of, but it went to another dealer. It was too high on the truck to get a good picture of. I'm okay with the Legacy front end a little more, but I still prefer the 05-07.

The world of car manufacturing has stopped producing real cars after 2007.. IMO

I think the older style was better, but a grille wouldn't scare me away from an XT :twisted:

not right away... should it sit there for a year I would suspect the underbody would be like swiss cheese :neutral:

I doubt they just let the car sit there...I parked on grass for many years, with no problems with the underbody.

yup

too big with too much horrible chrome.. Subaru needs to get on the ball, however I do think the 08 Legacy looks great.

The new Outback is not bad - the grill is too large though.
