So how should I go about pushing this dent out? I tried taking the headlight out today, and both bolts just disintigrated, so taking the headlight off is no option. Tried taking the splash guard off, and the pop-its won't budge. I guess this is what sucks about having a 12 year old car that was never garaged. Oh yeah, someone hit me in a parking lot, I came out and saw this beauty last week. No big deal, the car isn't anything pretty to look at anyway, but its pissing me off, one side of the car with no dents...

Yeah, go through the fender liner in the wheel well. You could jack up the car too. go in underneath.

jack up the car, pull the wheel off, then take out the front fender liner. :-)

Make sure to do it on a hot day or heat the area up so the paint and rubber bumper pop out easier. Id go through the wheel well or break off those stupid little slash guard clips

It's a plastic bumper - so it likely won't work. It is important to do this while the surrounding air temps are hot though - that's how most bodyshops repair plastic bodyparts. They dump them in hot water and use tongs to pull them back into shape.

I would say pull the bumper off if possible, then use a heatgun.. that might be your best bet. Good luck man, that sucks it happened =[

Stay away from the heat gun. That will cause more trouble than its worth.
Wait for warm weather. and your bath tub :) I tried to push out the same dent on my mazda and ended up with a crease because it was too cold.

Thanks. My initial plan was to just remove the bumper, and bring it inside and get it to room temp. However, all the damn fasteners are rusted, or have completely rusted away, so my only bet is to get into the splash guard and push it out. I was thinking very large suction cup, if I can't get in there.

Maybe use some decently hot water as well.. that will help out a bunch i think.
