I tried searching here and nabisco and other sites but couldnt find what is the stock diameter for RSB on BE/BH Gt's?

Very small, I think it's around 13mm.

i have 14mm on my OBS i guess LGT's got the same than i was hoping it'd be like 16mm

Yes, it's like 13-14mm last time I measured my stock one (leaning more towards 13). The OB one is 18mm though.
