Easy answer, you don't. Nothings a better theft deterrent than the steering wheel on the wrong side, especially a manual.

As hard as people think it is to drive a RHD manual; it's really not.

I was in England last summer and I drove my uncles E-Series Merc all around town and some of those roads are real tight!! The only thing that really screws you up is intersections because you kind of forget which lane you're supposed to turn into :oops:
