Uh oh... I guess I got found out :lol:

The story actually started by her wanting something else - read my previous post for more info about other-car purchasing, but she was basically into something very sporty - Hyundai Tiburon, Toyota Celica, Mitsubishi Eclipse, Subaru Impreza (she likes the old-school GC8 chassis). This was the only Subaru we found in Eastern PA (without making a major roadtrip into the interior) at the time for about 8k. Plus, the other cars would have made my insurance jump more. :shock:

The only other option would have been to wait for a Subaru Impreza wagon (there was a 2002 TS wagon in West Lawn PA with 150k miles, but at $6450... that's too expensive for me).

...but yeah, when I do get to drive the OB, it is a niiiice driver. :grin:

Spent the weekend up in Spruce Lake in the Poconos... the Outback came in handy (not that the LGT would have been a snoozer, but the OB just really, REALLY wanted to go :grin:)...
