front end swap?

im wondering if it is possible to make an impreza front end (hood fenders and bumper older style) work on my BD.. my front is messy from the last owner so i need a new fender , bumper and hood anyway....just wondering

I'm sure its possible, but I highly doubt that it would be worth the time and money. Better to stay legacy--more 95-99 legacies are hitting the junkyard everyday for parts, and even the new stuff isn't that expensive.

Too much modification for it to be in any way worth it. Just do a GT front end.

GT front end would look better anyway IMO.. plus no fab work FTW.

since an outback bumper will work on a GT, would a Outback bumper work for the OP's car? or am i just talkin out might arse.. :lol: i remember seeing an outback bumper on a lgt that was rio red, but i dont remember what, if any fabrication it took..

I think it would work alright. Mark was in the market for a real OB bumper a while ago.

yea go outback bumper and hood. thats what i would do.

whatever you do I think you should even it out with the rear end as well

Outback and GT hoods are the same, so thats a non issue. And yea, the outback bumper will work fine.
