AT temp light blinking After SAFC II install

So I just installed the SAFC II with no problems save for one. The AT Temp Light is now blinking. I can turn the car off and turn it back on a few minutes later and it will be off, as soon as i got on to the freeway and gave it some gas it came back on. Can anyone help? Has anyone installed a SAFC II or know a thread that can help me out?

The AT light usually means either the fluid is low, or the temp is too cold.

It could be something more serious though. Mine usually flashes when the temp is too cold, it's not a problem (really) unless the light stays solid.
