Wondering what type of struts would work for a 1993-94 Legacy L Wagon? One of my friends is looking to get some new struts for his wagon, but is not sure which type to get..and im really not sure either.

If anyone can give me links to info, or just info in general, that would be great.

Also.. if anyone has the FSM manual info for install of the rear struts, that would be awesome!

Thanks!

Page 77 of the KYB.com Passenger Car 2006 parts catalog.

Depends if the car is FWD or AWD.

AWD.. and he doesnt want to go higher or lower.. just OEM replacement for some blown struts. If anyone can get a part number, or a url where he could buy them directly offline.. that would be even better. Thanks!

subarupartsforyou.com is a good place for anything.

Are the legacy wagon / legacy struts the same on the AWD version of this Model year? Or are the wagons different? he wouldnt want the outback struts correct?

Call a dealer. Give them the VIN# and ask for the part#s.

Yea, i will suggest that to him.. from what i get from him, hes trying to go with the cheapest price on a strut however.. so maybe the stealership wont be the best route. haha. we'll see. Im still wondering if the wagon / sedan rear struts are the same on this year car?

You asked for PART NUMBERS, not prices.
I gave you the best option for getting part #s.

Get model specific - he's going for direct replacements, so don't mess around

Yea.. but if he were to buy some from KYB or something, i noticed on their site it doesnt break up into wagon or sedan, it just says has one listing for all the AWD legacies in that category... so im assuming it would be the same strut?
