scratches on rear windows

ok so, I know other people have this problem or have had this problem, and I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to stop this from happening. Scratches on the rear side windows. I believe it's cause by the cross member bar that lowers the window? has anyone tried fixing this or know of an easy way to prevent this from happening?

My car scratches the windows too, but only my front drivers side window has bad scratches.

My tints got scratched up on driver side window and passengerside rear window... :cry:

There are little pads that push up against your window and eventually they wear out and get filled with dust. Easiest way to stop it is to replace them
