Yup I finally start accepting the symptoms of my car...
This is the time to pull it out i guess but before let see "if" there's something more that can be done...
1.Engine spent whole winter outside without start up.
2.It cranked until a while ago but woudn't start even while being boosted.
3.Stopped cranking and alternator is not faulty, everything is in working condition engine has 196k on it no real abuse since its only a 2.2 na
So i came to the conclusion that something is holding the pistons or making them hard to move thus why the starter can't make the start up correctly.
also on a small note i have no knowledge on engine mechanic so help me out if you can.
Thanks

How much gas is in the tank? If you don't have alot in there I'd put in some fresh gas and see if it helps.
When you were trying to boost the car did the other person rev the engine of the live car? Sometimes that helps. If it worked before you stored it, it should work now.
alot of things, could be fuel pump, igntion coil, starter itself...

Well, if you kept trying to turn it over it is possible you fried the starter. What is the oil level like in the engine? If it had oil, it shouldnt of seized up. If you pull the starter off you could take it to autozone etc.. to get it tested. When you turn the key over, does the starter click(solenoid engage)? If not I would suspect a bad solenoid or poor battery/starter connections. Once you get the starter cranking, I would check for fuel pressure(listen for the fuel pump prime when you turn the key over). If you are gettting fuel, the next step would be to check spark. I do this with a timing light and as you crank it over the timing light should flash. No flash, no spark. Just a few suggestions, good luck!

I got the starter checked out and its in working order.
All it does now is a click sounds from the starter, it tries to start but nothing happen.
The clicking sounds is probably the starter wheel/cog hitting the other cog/wheel without being able to move it...
Right now there's no cranking at all...

Our T100 did the same thing, it was remedied with a new starter. Though, when I worked for Saturn, our wash truck, a 1981 Toyota Pickup, did that. All we had to do was move it forward or backwords a foot and it would start right up.

Have you tried turning it over with a breaker bar? If you are able to do that then the issue would have to be the starter. Where did you have it tested? Are you sure that your battery connections are good? Hope you get it running!

Have you tried turning it over with a breaker bar?
If so it could be something as simple as dirty battery terminals.

Yup I tried turning the pulleys with the breaker bar and they're moving.
This week I'll try moving the car a bit manually but are there possible risk i mean if the oil has dry or something could moving it cause damage to the engine and such?
Thanks a lot I had given up on it...shame on me.

check the oil level cold. add some if it's low. Oil doesn't tend to freeze if it's the right grade. You could just drain it and then refill it with el-cheapo 5w30 just to see.

It shouldnt damage your engine moving the car around.

Could be the starter solenoid, or a poor ground on the starter, or just bad connection somewhere between the battery and the starter. The battery could be toast as well.
Oil doesnt really dry up. If your that concerned about it then drain it and put in new stuff like Huffer mentioned.
Also, check all the fuses

Check your battery voltage. If it is around 10-12 you should be able to start the car. If not, throw a charger on it and try again. (if you dont have a charger DaZone can charge it for you.
If the battery is good, then you need a new starter.
