Subframe brace

My brother just installed a subframe brace on his Saabaru. I'm wondering, is there something for the BD cars? I wonder if it would help or not?

I know fender braces help the Imprezas, but Patrick Olson on Nasioc posted some info that showed the fender braces aren't necessary on the BD cars. I'm wondering if the subframe brace is similar.

I drove my brother's car with the subframe brace, and I did feel a sharper turn in response and less chassis flex.
